I will serve as Paul's Crew Chief in his effort to set the world record across America. My objective is to take as much stress and decision making off of Paul's plate as possible. As a former Special Operations Navy Diver I am familiar with the pressures of timelines and processes to complete this. I began my journey into Trail/Ultra Running in 2019. Since then I have completed numerous Ultramarathons/FKT attempts and crewed runners for Fastest Known Time Attempts over 800 miles. I am a firm believer that doing hard things voluntarily makes involuntary hardships of life easier. I am also a firm believer that Oreo's and Advil are the cheat code to running faster. **try at your own risk**
I serve as the project manager for the Run and am also the mother of Paul and his three siblings. My own experience of how nutrition and physical activity are tied to my mental and physical health is a big influence on how I live. Knowing self-care is essential to my well-being, I consistently engage in activities such as strength training, yoga, versa climbing, and walking to maintain a healthy wellbeing.
In addition to being an avid supporter of my family and friends in their pursuit of goals and optimal living, I have a passion for problem-solving and organization. My own wellness beliefs and my innate ability to problem-solve and organize made collaborating with Paul to succeed with his run across the country a natural fit.
I currently reside in San Diego, CA. I've served in the Marine Corps for the past 21 years. It's taught me a great deal about the importance of family being married and a father of three boys, faith, and accomplishing goals. I love running and have been an avid runner for quite some time as I truly enjoy the sport and the people who partake in it - whether it's short track and field play or distance marathon/ultra-competitions. Supporting Paul as he embarks on a test that most will not understand is important to me. A topic that can be sensitive yet powerful with the right deliverer.
My name is Mike Wainwright. I am an avid trail jogger, photographer, and an uncertified physical therapist. Since beginning my running journey in 2020 I have always been fascinated by humans that redefine what is possible, not only for themselves, but for everyone.
Now I spend as much time as I can getting to know the ins and outs of these outliers all while helping them achieve their goals in whatever way I can. It is an honor to have the opportunity to assist Paul on his journey and I am grateful to be part of this team.
Hi I'm Brady Keegan, filmmaker and photographer. I reside in Los Angeles, California with my wife, and 3 beautiful children. My passion for photographic storytelling started early on when my parents introduced me to film photography. As I went on to serve in the military, my photographic eye stuck with me. After 6 years spent between The Army and Air Force, I am honored to have served, and grateful to have transitioned my career into Filmmaking and Photography.
These days, I have focused my craft on documenting the running community, and all the amazing individuals out there, putting in the miles and smiles each and every day. I am honored to be part of Paul's team and ecstatic to witness history in the making.
My name is Christopher Kim of CKIM Creatives Media and I'm a Creative Director and Filmmaker. At the moment, life has been keeping me busy with the work I'm able to create and a family of 4 pets (2 cats and two dogs). I work as a fitness coach and keeping a healthy balance between fitness and business goals is something I continually strive to improve on. My belief toward life is that it will be a journey no matter which direction you go, as long as you have an idea of where you are headed.
